Built for Live Plants

Engineering That Respects Your Production Schedule

We design around your production schedules, GMP zones and lockout procedures. Engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning come under one contract with one accountable team. Every project ends with a documented handover: drawings, test records and O&M manuals your maintenance team can actually use.

Industries We Serve

Food, Beverage and Industrial Manufacturing

We work with food and confectionery, beverage, packaging, chemical and industrial manufacturers, as well as warehousing and commercial and institutional facilities. Years of running construction and electrical companies mean our designs are made to be built, not just drawn.

Why Manufacturers Work With Us

Engineering Oversight, Project Discipline

Plant projects fail at the handoffs between design, contractors and operations. We keep all of it under one team.

Licensed Engineering Oversight

A Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario reviews and seals our designs.

Certified Project Management

PMP-led planning, scheduling and cost control on every job.

Food-Plant Awareness

GMP zones, allergen controls, sanitary design and your hygiene rules.

Safety First

We follow your permits, lockout and contractor rules; crews are oriented before they start.

Our Engineering Workflow

From Concept to Commissioning

Every plant project follows the same disciplined path, so you know what happens next and who is responsible for it.

Assessment & Scope

We walk the site, review existing drawings and utilities, and learn your production schedule, GMP zones and site rules. The result is a clear scope, budget and schedule.
